Rôle et responsabilités

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and employ sales techniques to maximize performance.
  • Share best practices to foster a harmonious team environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships through effective after-sales service.
  • Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
  • Ensure stock information is current and execute transfer requests accurately.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
  • Embody the brand's service values consistently.

Qualifications requises

  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
  • Experienced Client Advisor, ideally with a background in luxury and a sensitivity to the prêt-à-porter sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
  • Capable of cross-selling across all product categories.
  • Versatile with a passion for challenges.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Expérience requise
